The "Detail" screen is where the important nutrition a normal human needs are displayed. Listed alphabetically from left to right & and from the top down, each nutrient may be modified if you have sources with information different from our database. Certain nutrients are inter-related and will change when another nutrient-value changes (for example: Calories from Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat).
